At mideerart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
